Maughan Mitchell Chartered Surveyors wanted to promote their services to customers receiving this year's business rates bills. It's often the case that I'll submit several ideas to a customer to choose from in rough form before working up an idea, but Maughan Mitchell knew exactly what they wanted so all I had to do is make it work as a cartoon, with the end result shown above.
