Have just found out that my enormous 16.5m Ashurst Train Station mural has won the South Western Railway award for Best Community Creative Project. There were lots of people involved, not least Andy Austin and the Friends Of Ashurst Station who instigated the project, Bryan Pass for putting me forward for the project, Splash Display for ensuring it appeared on that station with such vibrancy, New Forest Community Rail Partnership for making it a reality, and CrossCountry for providing the funding.

The artwork has proved really popular, and it's easy to go and view – you don't need a ticket to access the platform.
